Founding reviewer network

A reviewer database built on expertise, consent and traceable roles.

The founding reviewer network will be composed of academics who explicitly agree to serve and whose expertise can be matched to manuscripts. Names will not be placed on the public editorial board merely because a person has reviewed for the journal.

NetworkIn formationReviewer records are being developed before platform launch.
Public listingNot automaticReview service does not equal editorial-board membership.
ConsentExplicitReviewer participation requires an agreed role.
MatchingExpertise-basedAssignments follow topic, method and conflict checks.

Reviewer profile

Each reviewer record will include full name, institutional affiliation, academic rank, country, institutional email where available, ORCID, disciplinary areas, methodological expertise, language competence, conflict-of-interest notes and review history.

Subject fit

Assignments should match the manuscript’s actual scholarly domain, not simply a broad education label.

Method fit

Methodological expertise matters alongside subject expertise when evaluating research design and evidence.

Conflict fit

Recent collaboration, institutional proximity and other material conflicts must be considered before assignment.

Registration pathway

Reviewer accounts will be created or invited through OJS once the journal platform is live. During the founding stage, prospective reviewers may be nominated to the Editor-in-Chief; no individual will be publicly listed until explicit consent has been received.

Quality safeguards

Reviewer selection will not depend on friendship or affiliation alone. Each assignment must fit the manuscript, conflicts must be declared, and review quality will itself be monitored over time.
