Founding issue · secure submission readiness
The Journal of Human-Centred Education, Learning and Assessment welcomes scholarly work that brings methodological rigour, contextual interpretation and human responsibility into dialogue. Native manuscript submission is authorised by the publisher but opens only when the secure server verifies its protected upload, account and integrity controls. The form below reflects real-time readiness; never send confidential files by email.
The secure manuscript form appears only when the server confirms verified identity, TLS, private PDF storage and antivirus scanning. Until it appears, manuscript receipt is unavailable. Preliminary receipt does not mean peer review, acceptance or publication; those require a separately verified native editorial workflow.
Teacher formation, professional judgment, agency, curriculum and learning materials in diverse educational settings.
Validity, reliability, fairness, ethical evaluation, accessibility and the human consequences of assessment systems.
Empirical studies, methodological work, theoretically grounded interpretation, systematic reviews and carefully argued perspectives.
Research articles, systematic reviews, methodological and theoretical contributions, short reports and perspectives are considered for fit. The Editor-in-Chief and independent reviewers retain full authority over scientific decisions; no invitation guarantees acceptance.
The first-issue call is an invitation to contribute. An article is actually received only when the secure service returns its unique tracking reference and confirms private PDF storage. Before that confirmation, registration or an expression of interest is not manuscript submission. Independent review and editorial decisions will be managed by a future, separately verified native JHELA editorial workflow.
