Purchase and order tracking guide

A clear path from selection to order tracking, with guidance on verified payments, printed-book delivery and specialist services.

Scholarly books in an academic library setting

Before you pay

Review the book or service description, stated price, scope and exclusions. Checkout is available only when the relevant payment category is enabled. A return from a bank gateway is not by itself proof of successful payment; the transaction must be verified by the payment system.

Printed books

Physical orders require recipient and delivery details, including address and postal code. Postal shipping is free for book orders. Estimated delivery is 10–14 working days after order confirmation and stock verification; actual timing may vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Academic and VIP services

Service fees cover the stated professional scope and do not guarantee examination results, admission or employment. Session scheduling and any agreed deliverables are coordinated by email after order confirmation.

After an order is confirmed

Keep the confirmation email and order reference for follow-up. For a printed book, verify that the recipient and postal details supplied at checkout are accurate. For an academic service, review the agreed scope and use email to arrange any next step. If the confirmation is missing or the payment status is unclear, contact support with the reference rather than creating a duplicate payment attempt.

Payment problems

If money was debited but the order status is uncertain, do not pay again. Retain the transaction reference and email the official contact address. Never send card passwords, CVV or complete card details.
