Production reports are versioned outputs linked to assessment/evidence state and, where required, a human-review event. Older superseded versions remain part of the audit history.

Interpretation boundary
A report is a versioned interpretation, not the student.
Reports should identify their evidence basis, limitations and review state. They do not replace the underlying evidence and should not be treated as permanent identity labels.
