An independent scholarly publishing initiative founded and operated by Dr. Javad Rezazadeh Yazdeli, established to support rigorous, internationally oriented work in education, learning, assessment and related fields.
Independent by design
Rezazadeh Foundation Press is currently independent of any university, commercial publisher or academic society. Its editorial and publishing decisions are therefore not represented as institutional decisions of any university with which its founder may teach, research or collaborate.
The use of the word Foundation identifies the publishing initiative and intellectual platform at this founding stage; no claim of charitable or statutory foundation status is made unless and until such status is formally established under applicable law.

Publisher location is currently stated at city/country level only; a full publishable postal address will be added before the ISSN application because the ISSN framework may require the issuing body’s full physical address and evidence of publishing activity.
Journal programme
The first scholarly journal under development is the Journal of Human-Centred Education, Learning and Assessment (JHELA). The journal is being built with independent editorial governance, transparent peer review, publication ethics, persistent identifiers and an open call for qualified reviewers and founding editorial collaborators.
