Educational Consultation Policy

A consultation should clarify a decision, not sell certainty.

The service is designed to help learners and families understand evidence, compare options and make more defensible educational decisions. It does not guarantee an admission result, rank, job outcome or a predetermined future.

Scope

Services may include academic counselling, field selection, entrance-exam planning, talent identification, report-card analysis and parent consultation. The exact scope of a session is defined at triage so that the problem being discussed is clear before a booking is confirmed.

No guaranteed outcomes

Educational outcomes depend on many factors outside the control of a consultant. No responsible service can guarantee a rank, university admission, scholarship, employment outcome or a fixed talent/career destiny. The commitment is to the quality of analysis, preparation, professional judgement and follow-up.

Preparation and evidence

Only information relevant to the problem should be requested. Depending on the service, this may include academic records, official admission information, prior assessment results, goals or a list of options under consideration. Sensitive documents should not be sent until they are genuinely required and an appropriate transfer route is available.

Official annual information

Where a decision depends on annual rules, capacities, codes or deadlines, official current-year sources remain authoritative. Consultation supports interpretation and decision-making; it does not replace official regulations or admission booklets.

Minors and parents

When the learner is a minor, parent or guardian participation may be appropriate. The purpose of parent involvement is to improve context, support and decision quality, not to remove the learner's voice or automatically give a parent unrestricted access to every private record.

Professional boundaries

This is an educational service. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial professional care. Where a question falls primarily outside educational consultation, referral to the appropriate qualified professional may be recommended.

Booking, cancellation and refunds

Detailed booking, rescheduling, cancellation, no-show and refund rules will be published before paid online booking is activated. The production system is designed to display these rules before payment and to record acceptance of the applicable policy version.

Privacy

Consultation records are intended to remain private, access-controlled and auditable. Research, publication and marketing uses are separate from ordinary service participation and require their own basis or consent.
