Your orders, payments and fulfilment
Order records are retrieved only for an active account with a verified email address. An initial order, a provider-confirmed payment, a scheduled service and an actual handover are separate events; no outcome is inferred from a payment success screen.
The payment gateway confirms provider claims on the server. Independent bank settlement, customer receipt of a deliverable and refund completion are separate checks. Your records remain private and are not indexed by search engines.
